π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using QuickBooks and Xero
- Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements, managing payables, and processing invoices
- Perform data entry and analysis using Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in budgeting processes, providing insights and recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and filings
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
