As the Infrastructure Transformation Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure, from planning and implementation to maintenance and optimization. You will work with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies to support business growth and innovation.
• Oversee the deployment of cloud-based solutions, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Ensure the security and compliance of IT infrastructure through robust cybersecurity measures and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT infrastructure team.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and digital transformation.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP).
• Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
