π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in preparing and serving food to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and uniform requirements
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
