Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell medical products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product sales and market expansion.,Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to senior management.,Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical sales industry, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the medical industry and healthcare professionals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.π οΈ Keahlian
