Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients, including medication counseling and education.,Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by patients, including monitoring for potential drug interactions and adverse effects.,Manage and maintain the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and receiving new medications.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.,Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmaceutical trends and best practices.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software and other relevant technology.,Ability to obtain and maintain a valid pharmacy license and any other required certifications.π οΈ Keahlian
