Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail or FMCG environment.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of inventory management and sales strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is a must.π οΈ Keahlian
