Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on company policies and procedures,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growthπ Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with training management software is a plus,Ability to travel for training sessions and workshopsπ οΈ Keahlian
