Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals and business plans to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and business development strategies.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.π οΈ Keahlian
