📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile operations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to optimize performance.
• Implement and optimize routing and scheduling systems to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a focus on last-mile delivery.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing logistics operations in a challenging and remote environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
