📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute video content strategies aligned with AI-driven marketing goals
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually stunning campaigns that incorporate AI analytics
• Optimize video content for maximum engagement and conversion using AI-powered insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and AI marketing
• Analyze video performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Manage pre- and post-production processes to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Mentor junior team members on video production best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
