As a Customs & LMW Officer, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the import and export processes, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients' goods are cleared through customs efficiently and effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and clients, while also developing your skills in customs clearance and logistics management.
π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate the import and export processes, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and fees, ensuring that all payments are made accurately and on time.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in customs and logistics, attending training and development opportunities as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics services.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on customs clearance activities.
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics management.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Customs regulations and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
