Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet user needs and business goals.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.,Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices, adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.,Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our products.,Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be implemented effectively.,Evaluate and analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous design enhancements.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and expertise.,Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.,Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, with a focus on iterative design and continuous improvement.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address complex design challenges.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.π οΈ Keahlian
