PT Dinamika Wana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing fleet performance. Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety standards, environmental laws, and transportation regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, maintenance schedules, and route planning.,Manage and mentor a team of fleet coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and safe for operation.,Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.,Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve fleet operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers, such as fuel suppliers, repair shops, and insurance companies.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and technologies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.,Professional certifications in fleet management or related fields are a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.π οΈ Keahlian
