Manage and oversee front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors,Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently,Manage guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standardsπ Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with guest relations management systems (GRMS),Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plusπ οΈ Keahlian
