Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Lead a team of internal auditors and provide guidance and support.,Maintain and update internal audit policies and procedures.,Collaborate with senior management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using internal audit software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with risk management and internal control frameworks.π οΈ Keahlian
