🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching (ELT) or a related field.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to high school students.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs.
