📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Customize and extend Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Odoo system.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Odoo system administration and user guides.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and updates.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing backup and recovery procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo ERP Administrator or a similar role.
• Certification in Odoo ERP (e.g., Odoo Certified Developer, Odoo Certified Administrator).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
• Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Linux server administration and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
