Develop and design training programs aligned with company objectives and employee needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve them.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development is a plus.π οΈ Keahlian
