We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team at CV Emas Rahayu in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. You will work closely with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to maintain a well-functioning fleet and support the overall business operations.π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.,Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of drivers and fleet support staff.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.,Collaborate with mechanics and other service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and cost-effectiveness of the fleet.,Investigate and report on fleet incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and equipment as needed.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.π οΈ Keahlian
