Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's security systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's systems.,Oversee the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, including cloud computing and virtualization.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and technologies.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that IT systems and technologies meet the needs of the business.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.,Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.π οΈ Keahlian
