Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer demands and maintain high quality standards.,Ensure all pastries are prepared according to food safety and hygiene standards.,Maintain and stock inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff in pastry making techniques and food safety practices.,Participate in menu development and innovation to keep up with market trends.,Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including scheduling and staffing.,Ensure all pastries are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen or bakery.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international pastry trends and techniques.,Proficiency in using various pastry equipment and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.π οΈ Keahlian
