Manage and oversee the quantity surveying processes for construction and tendering projects,Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost estimates for project proposals,Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate costing,Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams,Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measuresπ Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction and tendering projects,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards,Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with construction software and tools,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesiaπ οΈ Keahlian
