Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports and project documentation to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering and construction project management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
