Manage store operations including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash transactions and manage sales data.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of tea products.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with tea products and brewing methods is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.π οΈ Keahlian
