CV Property Hasta is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Design and develop training programs that align with the company's objectives and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure that training programs are relevant and impactful.,Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation results.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating team-building activities and workshops.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or HR setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to employment and training.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.π οΈ Keahlian
