- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets in Bali, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor inventory management systems, including POS (Point of Sale) software like Square or Toast.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.
- Develop and execute operational plans to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through continuous improvement and innovation.
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations Management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
- Proven experience in managing staff and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Certification in Food Safety and Health Management (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
