📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for mine safety, operational efficiency, and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine training and safety coordination.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs using SAP and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
