📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute high-volume recruitment initiatives, ensuring we meet our hiring targets.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for our roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of ATS tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
