As an Amazon Marketplace Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including product listings, order processing, customer service, and inventory management. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their Amazon stores run smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Marketplace, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon's policies.
• Process and fulfill orders, including order acknowledgment, packing, and shipping.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and best practices, and provide guidance to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies for improving their Amazon store performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce or retail.
• Excellent knowledge of Amazon Marketplace and its policies.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to work remote and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
