📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate the POS system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Handle cash and card payments, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations, leveraging your knowledge of our inventory.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with retail standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a POS environment.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems, such as Square, Clover, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
