Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of premium events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of event planners, coordinators, and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and creative solutions.
• Utilize event management software such as Cvent or Bizzabo to streamline planning and coordination.
• Ensure all events are executed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and guests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the event is perfect.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully executing premium events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software such as Cvent or Bizzabo.
• Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
