📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects using software such as Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Excel.
Analyze project feasibility and provide cost-effective solutions to meet project requirements.
Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
Conduct site inspections and provide reports on project progress and cost variances.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including cost reports, change orders, and progress claims.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator & Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools, including Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
Valid professional certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS).
Experience working on large-scale construction projects in Surabaya.
