- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their banking needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions using KEB Hana Banking System.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Promote and sell banking products and services to customers.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Medan Sudirman branch by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Valid ID card and proof of residency in Medan.
